Help Musicians Scotland Panel at the Glasgow Jazz Festival

The official charity partner of this year’s Glasgow Jazz Festival, Help Musicians Scotland presents a free panel discussing how to build resilience surrounding your music career – putting your health and welfare before the needs of the industry and how time out for you doesn’t mean time out for your career.

Suzanne Miller, Nations Manager for Help Musicians Scotland, said: “We aim to be a trusted and valuable support for music creators and we are thrilled to join forces with the Glasgow Jazz Festival this year. The event is always a highlight on the Scottish music calendar each year, with hundreds of musicians involved in bringing some of the very best jazz in the world to the city.”

The panel features Trad Music Award nominee Laura Wilkie, last year’s winner of the Jazz Festival’s ‘Rising Star’ Award Luca Manning and Edinburgh Fringe Festival sell-out artist Joni Keen.

The panel will take place on Saturday 22nd June from 2.30pm – 4.30pm at The Blue Arrow on Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow. For further information and link to claim your free ticket, please click here
